The Golden Vlog

Hi hi hi, friends! We’ve made it to Wednesday and that’s something to celebrate! It feels like November days last longer… even though darkness comes earlier here in Ohio. Last Wednesday I did a #Hashtag/Confession post (which seemed to be a hit!) and today I’m mixing it up with a vlog! I hope my voice isn’t annoying or weird…

I’ve done a Golden Vlog with Faith once before (here), but it’s been a while. Here are this month’s questions:

  1. What is your current job?
  2. What was your very first job?
  3. Growing up, what did you want to be?
  4. If you could have any job in the world, what would you choose?
  5. What job would you definitely NOT want to have?
  6. What profession do you admire a lot?
  7. What qualities do you think a good leader or boss has?
  8. What’s the funniest thing that’s happened to you at work?
  9. What advice would you give to current students?
  10. What’s the worst job you’ve ever had?

And here are my answers!

Sorry the lighting is so terrible… I promise I’ll get better at these things someday 😉

Every time I talk about my future dog haven I get more motivated. Someday I’ll be gushing about all my four-legged residents right here on the blog! (Or I’ll start another one to highlight my forever-home-hopefuls!)

Thank you to Faith & all her co-hosts for the vlog link up! (Is my voice ok? Should I apply for a radio job?)

I would definitely rather work with loud, barking dogs than people… but kudos to the nurses and social workers and teachers out there, for sure! Quizznos was AWFUL! I boycotted them for a loooong time after I was fired… ha!

Girlllll you are super busy!!! I love that you want to help with old doggies, so sweet. I have a heart for animals too. Amazing goal in life to help critters, good for you!

Hopefully as life goes on I whittle down those jobs to maybe one or two… ha! Some people are programmed to work with/for people, some are programmed to help with animals (and some to do both)! I’m so glad you’re an animal-lover, too!

Thank you!! I wanted to be a vet for soooo long. Recently I even looked into going back to school to be a tech… but it’s just not for me. I would rather house and re-home than stitch up and fix 🙂
