Fall for One & One for Fall

That seemed like a clever title. This is my favorite time of year. I’ve been opening the windows at night and letting the cool breeze into our home. I’ve added mums and cornstalks to the front yard. I’m planning the Halloween party and we may or may not have already done a trick-or-treating event. The last half of any year is my absolute fav!

This is my favorite time of year to get outside. I think outdoor activities are more enjoyable in the fall. And while I am putting zero pressure on myself to do anything, here is my bucket list for this fall.

  • Annual Halloween Party
  • Camping for my birthday weekend
  • A bonfire in the backyard
  • Maybe go to the drive-ins
  • Visit an apple orchard
  • Visit a pumpkin patch
  • Have family photos taken
  • Go on a fall hike with Bristol
  • Take a family bike ride
  • Watch my favorite fall movies
    • -Clue
    • -Beetlejuice
    • -The Haunted Mansion
    • -It’s the Great Pumpkin CB
  • Decorate the house & yard
  • Trick-or-Treat

The weather has already cooled and I’ve gotten a head start- I’ve crossed several of these items off already. But I wanted to share in case you’re looking for fall ideas 🎃

  1. We love a clever title.

Pumped to see your Halloween party pics! I always love them, nice to take a hiatus and bring it back!

    1. Hahaha- thanks!

I made the event invite on FB this year and K goes, “I thought we were done with these parties?!” Lol

  2. I’d love to do a proper Halloween party again. It’s been awhile. This is my absolute favorite time of the year too. I definitely have some movies I need to watch – Clue is amazing, and I haven’t seen it in awhile, so I should definitely find time for that.

    1. I love Clue. I’d say it’s my favorite movie. It gives me warm fuzzies, which is probably weird. LOL
I got C-VID right after my 2020 party. Gave me a bad taste for a 2021 party. Feeling a little better about it all this year.
